Bazi: Four Pillars · Effective June 2026
This policy explains what data the Bazi: Four Pillars app ("the app", "we") collects, why, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted.
Your data is used solely to generate your readings, personalize daily/yearly/monthly forecasts, deliver notifications you opt into, process purchases, and keep the service running. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Readings and inputs are stored on your device. Your account record (account ID, birth date, birth time, locale, last-active time, push token, and credit balance) is stored on our backend (Cloudflare) so your readings can survive reinstalling the app or switching phones.
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Photos are processed transiently and not retained. Some reading history may expire automatically (e.g. 48 hours) unless saved.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated server-side data at any time from within the app: Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account record, birth data, last-active timestamp, push token, reading history and credit records, and signs you out. This action is irreversible. You may also email us to request deletion.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Depending on your region (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, China under PIPL), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these, contact us below.
